Appearance Looks somewhere between thirty to thirty-five in the face. Which is in contrast to a lot of other wear and tear. He's blue-grey eyes with deep bags under them, and has short blonde, but he's got quite a lot of gray hair at the bottom. He has a ton of freckles, and looks like he hasn't been around a lot of sunlight recently. He's also got scars for days. There's a notable one across his brow, and a bullet and major surgery scar at the base of his spine. There's two chips implants at the base of his skull and a port for a third. There are also scars of having tried to claw the third one specifically out of his neck and signs of surgery. All over his body are faint scars along his bones, more signs of surgery. Beyond that, there are yet more scars from getting shot, stabbed, near far too many explosions, and he's like forty percent scar tissue.

Abilities He's a super soldier and also one time an AI blew up in his head and did things.
Computer Memory - Due to the AI exploding, he's actually got an exceptionally good memory. Able to remember little details and off hand comments he's heard months or years ago without fail. Unfortunately, this also comes with a tendency to zone out as he gets lost in his own memories and when he has someone else's memory, can even forget who HE is.
Neural Link - The open port on his skull allows for direct AI implantation. Due to the damage to it, he can sometimes pick up signals as long as they're reaching out to him and would allow for a full computer program to jump right into his head if so inclined.
Enhanced strength and durability - He's literally got carbide ceramic grafted to his bone plus some other stuff to allow him to pick up several times his own weight and makes his bones near unbreakable.
Better Toxin Processing - He can breathe in methane for about an hour and not die.
Corneal Implants - Increased perception and pretty good night vision.
Increased speed - Able to run harder and faster than normal people, up to 40 miles an hour. Better and faster reflexes.
Increased survival ability - If he wasn't already dead corpse man, he'd run on less food, sleep, and his wounds would clot and bleed less.
Is actually a goddamn cockroach - Wash in particular is NOTED for his ability to not die from shit he should really have died from. He has a high endurance for pain, able to function with a lot of injuries, and he needs several explosions and a few cars in the face to actually go down and stay down.
Jack Of All Trades Special Ops - In a group of everyone has an amazing specialty, Wash was the guy who knew how to do a little of everything to decently fill that role. He knows how to hack, how to lock pick, how to repair and fix machines, how to sniper, how to stealth, how to demolitions, and when it comes down to it, while he's not the best at it, he's able to step in when the specialist is out of commision.
Extensive Combat Training - He's good at hand to hand, usually controlling his opponents movements, knows how to use pretty much any kind of gun, and he's notable good with knives and mid-range rifles. Such as being able to shoot down a helicopter in free fall.
Mental Hardiness and Manipulation - He's a good compartmentalizer. He's also really good at manipulating people, at least when it comes to terrible things. He knows how to get terrible people to listen to him, how to give off certain impressions, and how to keep others from mentally fucking him over to the nth degree. He's not exactly sane either.
About So one time an AI blew up in his head! It did not go well. It caused some physical brain damage, and extensive psychological brain damage. Also it kind of dumped a bunch of memories from someone else's head into his own. This is from A: the Director, the one in charge of the program who fucked him over, and B: the Alpha, an AI copied from the Director's mind, and then was tortured over and over again to harvest fragment AI from his psyche. Epsilon was the fragment that had the memories of all that bad stuff and then he would eventually try to kill himself in Wash's head.
He was also in another teamnesia land called Kyriakos. He was there for a while, made friends, learned how to sane human better with proper support after he remembered horrible trauma, and eventually saved his world and went home.
Due to Shenanigans and memory fuckery in Kyriakos, he also ended up getting a manifestation of his adopted sister Aoko in his head, and one of an AI called Ai-chan he had to carry for a while.
In short, he's actually pretty crazy, but he's functional.
